Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the RevMaps mobile application ("App") operated by Silverwood LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account or using RevMaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RevMaps. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to street racing, reckless driving, or evading law enforcement.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post or share content that is obscene, defamatory, or promotes violence.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Use the App while operating a motor vehicle in an unsafe manner. You acknowledge that distracted driving is dangerous and illegal in many jurisdictions.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App or its data.
• Use another user's location data to stalk, follow, or harass them.

4. Location Data & Safety

• RevMaps displays real-time and last-known locations of users who choose to share their position.
• You control your own visibility (Everyone, Friends Only, or Hidden) at all times.
• You acknowledge that location data is approximate and may not reflect a user's current position.
• You are solely responsible for your own safety. We do not verify meet locations, road conditions, or the identity of other users.
• Do not rely on the App for navigation safety. Always follow local traffic laws.

5. User Content

• "User Content" includes meet listings, route data, comments, profile information, and photos you upload.
• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
• We may remove User Content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

6. Meets & Events

RevMaps allows users to create and discover car meet listings. We do not organize, sponsor, or endorse any meets. Meet hosts are solely responsible for their events, including compliance with local laws, permits, and venue rules. We are not liable for any incidents, injuries, property damage, or legal issues that occur at meets listed on the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, logos, and branding are the property of Silverwood LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. "RevMaps" is a trademark of Silverwood LLC.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• The accuracy of location data displayed in the App.
• The conduct of other users, both online and at in-person events.
• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVERWOOD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silverwood LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
