Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:
- Open RevMaps
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I hide my location?
Go to the Profile tab and change your visibility to Friends Only or Hidden. When hidden, your pin is not visible to anyone on the map.
How do I join a private meet?
Tap the Activity tab, then tap Join Private Meet. Enter the 6-digit code the host shared with you.
How do I add friends?
Search by username in the Friends tab, or share your profile QR code for others to find you.
Does RevMaps track me in the background?
Only when you have background location enabled. The app stops all location updates when you leave the app. You can disable background location in iOS Settings → RevMaps → Location.
Is RevMaps free?
Yes. RevMaps is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
